After 25 years of insurance brokerage and business management experience, Lorie Guthrie Phair founded LePhair Associates Ltd. to help other business leaders achieve breakthrough results in their company performance. Using her previous experience as both a business leader and owner combined with her strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, she and her team of professionals help organizations maximize their people potential and create sales and service best practices.
Recent clients she’s worked with include ingenie, Northbridge, Central 1Credit Union, Jones DesLauriers, Trisura, Aviva, TBayTel and CGI. In addition, she’s held various leadership and board positions both in the insurance industry and association or not for profit sector including organizations such as Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO), Toronto Crime Stoppers, Toronto’s Chief of Police Annual Gala, Insurance Brokers of Toronto Region, Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, MAGNET Today, Insurance- Canada.ca and The Insurance Institute of Canada (IIC) where she served as a member of the Board of Governors and Chair of the Academic Council for six years.
She is endorsed by the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario as a trainer and consultant to the membership and is a Wiley Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team and PXT Select.

In her various roles as consultant, associate and training manager, she has been recognized for producing exceptional results in curriculum development, management and delivery. This experience combined with strong organizational and strategic thinking skills helps businesses to focus on developing the people skills that directly impact overall performance.
She has served on professional committees with the International Society for Performance Improvement, Insurance Brokers Association of Canada and the American Society of Association Executives and is an active member of such groups as HR & Talent Management, Institute for Performance & Learning, Profiles International & Everything DiSC Partners and Insurance Consultancy.
Larry Graham

With over 25 years of experience in senior sales and various leadership positions, including Fortune 500 companies, Larry launched a successful training, coaching and consulting career in 2005, focusing on skills-based learning, the application of learning on the job, and sustainability of knowledge and skills – a holistic and integrated approach to sustainable culture change.
Specializing in sales, participants of Larry’s workshops regularly remark that his unique mix of humour, candor, knowledge of their company and industry, and customized, relevant program content and role-play examples, all blend to maximize “learner” engagement, as well as implementation and application efforts.
Larry has lectured at Smith (Queen’s University) School of Business, and Queen’s Executive Education, and at Ontario Hospital Association conferences. Larry was also a Lecturer of both Marketing and Sales programs at George Brown College in Toronto.
